What a record is
A record is one filled-in instance of a form — a single inspection, defect, or report. It carries its answers, any photos and attachments, a unique reference number, and a full history of everything that happened to it.
Moving through the workflow
Records advance through the states defined on the template. Anyone with the right to act moves a record forward with a transition — say from Review to Approved. Tebelis enforces the rules you set: required fields must be filled, some routes can require a comment, and a record's history records who did what and when.
Owners and My Tasks
Each state has an owner — the person or group responsible while a record sits there. When a record arrives in their state, the owner is notified and it shows up under My Tasks. That gives everyone a single, honest list of what's actually waiting on them.
- Your tasks are records where you're the named owner.
- Team tasks are records owned by a group you're in — anyone on the team can claim one to take it, or release it back to the pool.
Finding records
The Records list is searchable and filterable by project, status, template, who created it and who it's assigned to. Save a set of filters as a view to come back to it in one click. From any record you can export it to PDF or email it as a PDF.
