Working with the Tebelis assistant

The AI assistant can build, fill, find and explain — here's how to get the most from it.

One assistant across web and mobile — building and dashboards on the web, capture and workflow in the field.

One assistant, everywhere

The assistant sits in a chat panel in both the web app and the mobile field app. It can see the page you're on, so you can refer to "this record" or "these results" and it knows what you mean.

What it can do

On the web, it operates the whole platform:

  • Build forms"create an inspection template with a slump test and a pass/fail check."
  • Set things up — projects, locations, an org hierarchy, people and groups.
  • Build dashboards"chart records by status for this project."

Everywhere — web and the mobile field app:

  • Fill records — from a sentence or a photo, drafting values for you to review.
  • Find things"show me open defects in Building B assigned to me."
  • Move work along — advance records through their workflow, assign and claim.
  • Explain — ask how a feature works and it answers in plain language, in your language.

How to ask

  • Be specific about the outcome, not the clicks: "close every record older than 30 days on the Atrium job" beats walking it through a menu.
  • It asks when it's unsure. If a request is ambiguous or it can't safely guess, it'll ask a quick question rather than do the wrong thing.
  • You stay in the loop. The assistant works in drafts and proposals you review — records are yours to check before they're submitted, and destructive actions require an explicit confirmation.

Good to know

The assistant only ever acts inside your workspace and your permissions — it can't see or touch another organisation's data, and it can't do anything you couldn't do yourself. It replies in the language you're using.
