Live, not stale
A dashboard reads straight from your records, so it's always current. Build one to answer the questions you keep asking — how many defects are open, by location? what's overdue? who has the biggest backlog?
Widgets
Add widgets and arrange them on a grid:
- Charts — bar, line, donut and more, grouped by status, template, location, assignee, or any field.
- A records table — a live, filtered list with the columns you choose.
- Number tiles — a single headline figure, like open records or this week's submissions.
Filter a whole dashboard by project, template or date, and click a chart segment to drill into the records behind it.
Build it by talking
You don't have to configure widgets by hand. Ask the assistant — "add a chart of records by assignee for the Kingsway project" — and it builds it on the spot.
Sharing
Dashboards are private to you by default. Share one explicitly with specific people or groups when you want them to see it — nothing is broadcast to the whole workspace unless you choose to share it.
