Why colour
A red High, an amber Medium, a green Pass — colour makes a records list or a dashboard readable at a glance. Tebelis lets you pin a colour where it matters, instead of leaving it to chance.
Option colours
For a single-choice or multi-select field, open the field in the builder and give each option a swatch from the palette — or leave it on Auto, which picks a sensible colour from the label (red-ish for "Fail", green-ish for "Pass"). The colour then shows on that option's chip everywhere the value appears: the record, read-only views, dashboard charts grouped by that field, and the PDF export.
Workflow state colours
In the workflow builder, pin a colour to each state — so Approved reads green and Rejected reads red on every record pill, the workflow diagram and status charts. The initial (draft) state always stays neutral.
Cosmetic only
Colours are presentation, nothing more. Recolouring a state or an option never changes how the record behaves, what the workflow allows, or how the AI reads your data — it's purely for the eye.
