Where to manage it
Workspace admins manage the plan under Settings → Billing. Prices are on the Pricing page, and shown in the app when you choose seats.
The Free plan
A new workspace starts on the Free plan, with 1 project, 3 form templates and 3 people in total (you included). It includes the agent, the mobile app, the project overview and the standard record PDF, with a small one-off AI allowance.
On Free, the organisation layer, custom roles, the builder's Analytics, PDF Export and Status emails tabs, routines and public form links are locked. No workflow emails are sent either: people still see their work in My Tasks and get notifications on their phone.
Tebelis Core
Upgrading activates Tebelis Core, with no limit on projects, form templates or people. In Settings → Billing, choose how many seats to buy and pay through the secure checkout. Then give each person a seat in the Plan column of People & access:
- Standard or Pro: the person works in full, within what their role allows. Each paid seat adds to the workspace's shared AI allowance. A Pro seat adds more, plus MCP access and, for admins, API keys.
- Viewer (free): view-only, with no agent. Workspace admins keep their access without a paid seat, so someone can always manage billing.
Buying more seats charges your card straight away, prorated for the rest of the period. Removing seats gives a credit on your next invoice, but you can't go below the number already assigned. Manage billing / payment method opens the billing portal, where you change your card, see invoices or cancel. After you cancel, everything keeps working until the end of the period.
If a payment fails
While the payment is retried, everything keeps working and admins see a banner asking them to fix billing. If the subscription is then suspended or cancelled, until billing is resolved: the agent and routines pause, everyone except workspace admins becomes view-only, workflow emails stop, and you can't add projects, form templates or people beyond the Free plan's limits.
Enterprise
Enterprise plans and limits are set with your Tebelis account team, and Enterprise workspaces can run the agent on their own AI provider.
