Use the platform's models with nothing to configure. Usage is metered against your plan's AI allowance — the seats you've purchased fund a shared pool — so costs stay predictable: when the period's allowance is spent, AI features pause until it resets with your billing cycle. A usage view shows exactly where spend is going, and admins can set a per-user cap.
Bring your own — Enterprise
On Enterprise workspaces, connect your own keys instead — either a direct provider API (Anthropic or OpenAI, including OpenAI-compatible endpoints) or a cloud-hosted deployment (Azure OpenAI or Amazon Bedrock). A built-in test-connection check confirms it works before you save. Your keys are encrypted at rest and never shown back to you.
Per-seat pricing. Standard and Pro seats are billed monthly per seat; add as few or as many as you need. Members without a paid seat stay free as view-only Viewers.
No surprise lock-in. Your data is yours: export records/forms to CSV or PDF any time, and the privacy tools let you export or erase a person's data on request.
Public form links are a paid feature. On a free or trial workspace the controls are visible but locked, with an upgrade hint — nothing is hidden.
API & MCP access. The REST API (and its keys) is available to admins on a Pro seat, and to Enterprise workspaces. The MCP server — connect Claude, Cursor and other AI clients through a secure Tebelis sign-in, no key to copy — is available to Pro seats and Enterprise. Bring-your-own AI provider keys are Enterprise-only.
