Forms that work the way your team does
Tebelis turns the checklists, inspections and reports your team already fills in on paper or in spreadsheets into structured digital forms — each with its own fields, its own approval workflow, and its own owners. Construction QA/QC is one common use, but the platform is sector-agnostic: safety audits, asset surveys, maintenance tickets, intake forms — anything you capture in the field.
Three ways to work
- Build. Design a form once. Add the fields you need, decide who reviews each step, publish it. You can build by hand or just describe the form to the assistant.
- Capture. Your team fills records in — by typing, by snapping a photo, or from the mobile field app. Each record moves through your workflow and lands with the right person.
- Analyze. Live dashboards and exports show you where things stand: what's open, what's overdue, who owns what.
A few words you'll see often
- Template — the definition of a form (its fields and workflow). You build templates.
- Record — one filled-in instance of a template. Your team creates records.
- Workflow — the states a record moves through (e.g. Draft → Review → Closed) and who owns each.
- Project — the job, site or programme a record belongs to.
