The most direct way: open a template, pick the project (and location), and fill the fields. Conditional rules show and hide fields as you go, so you only ever see what's relevant.
Snap a photo
Add a photo to a photo field straight from your device. From a single picture, the assistant can also draft a whole record — reading what it sees and proposing values for you to check and submit. EXIF metadata is stripped from every uploaded image automatically.
Describe it in a sentence
Tell the assistant what happened — "crack in the east stairwell slab, looks structural, high severity" — and it fills the matching fields, resolves the location, and shows you a draft to review. You stay in control: nothing is submitted until you say so.
From the mobile field app
The companion mobile app is built for site work — create and fill records on your phone and attach photos. With no signal, Started on site lets you jot a note and snap photos on the device; you finish and submit the record once you're back online.
