Your Home page

What Home shows you, what admins see across the workspace, and when it uses AI.

Your work at a glance

Home is the first page you see when you open Tebelis. Everything on it is worked out from your records, without AI:

  • Briefing: a short summary written from your numbers.
  • Needs you: open records waiting on you. Your full list is always in My Tasks.
  • Latest: records you created or are assigned, most recently updated first.
  • Three figures: My tasks (how many records are on your My Tasks list), My records · 30d (records you created in the last 30 days) and your Approval rate.

Expand with the assistant hands the briefing to the agent for a fuller answer, which does use AI.

What admins see

For workspace admins, Home covers the whole workspace: how many records are in progress, were rejected and need rework, or are still drafts; the latest records across all projects; and totals for projects, records and records filed this week. Admins can also switch Home between two layouts, Focus (the page above) and Projects.

The Projects layout

Projects ranks every project, those that need attention first, and counts how many need attention, how many to watch and how many are quiet. A project needs attention when in-progress records have sat untouched for 7 days or more, and is one to watch from 2 days. Show it as Briefings or as a Table. The table gives each project's:

  • Backlog: its open records, including those untouched for 2+ or 7+ days.
  • Drafts never submitted, idle for 14 days or more.
  • Trend: records filed this week against the week before.

These figures use no AI. Generate briefing writes a project's briefing and its risks in one AI call; if AI isn't available, you get a read from the project's signals instead. Brief me on what needs attention writes one short summary of the flagged projects, also in one AI call. Open a project for its full overview.
