Tebelis AI — Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated / Effective date: 7 July 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to everyone who accesses or uses the Tebelis AI platform (the "Service") and is incorporated into the Terms of Service. Capitalised terms have the meaning given there. If you violate this AUP, we may remove content, suspend, or terminate access as described in the Terms (§17). You are responsible for your Authorized Users' and your end-users' compliance.
1. Prohibited uses
Do not use the Service to:
- break any applicable law or regulation, or infringe or misappropriate anyone's rights (including
intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights);
- engage in fraud, deception, phishing, or impersonation;
- harass, threaten, defame, or harm others, or promote violence, self-harm, or discrimination;
- exploit or endanger minors in any way.
2. Prohibited content and data
Do not upload, store, or process through the Service:
- content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or that you lack the rights or a valid lawful
basis to process;
- malware, or content designed to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to systems;
- special-category personal data (e.g. health, biometric, racial/ethnic, political, religious,
sexual-orientation data), financial-account or payment-card data, government-ID numbers, or children's data, unless expressly agreed with us in writing and supported by your lawful basis. The Service is general-purpose business software and is not, by default, configured for these data types.
3. Security and platform integrity
Do not:
- access, or attempt to access, another tenant's Workspace, data, or the underlying infrastructure;
- probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, **except under a written authorised-testing
agreement with us** (responsible disclosure is welcome — see Reporting below);
- circumvent or exceed usage limits, rate limits, seat limits, or metering/billing controls;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or derive source code, except where that restriction is prohibited by
law;
- introduce malware or otherwise interfere with the integrity, security, or performance of the Service.
4. Acceptable AI use
When using AI features, do not:
- generate content that violates this AUP (including the prohibited content in §2);
- attempt to extract another tenant's data, model weights, or system prompts, or to reverse-engineer
the models;
- bypass or manipulate the Service's permission, safety, or metering controls.
AI output may be wrong and is not professional advice; you remain responsible for reviewing it and for any decision made on it (Terms §6).
5. Communications
Do not use the Service (including notifications, public forms, or email it sends on your behalf) to send unlawful, unsolicited, deceptive, or abusive communications, or to collect data from people without the notices or consent the law requires for your public forms.
6. Fair use and resale
Use the Service reasonably. Do not resell, sublicense, time-share, or provide it to third parties as a service bureau except as expressly permitted in an Order. Use the API within published rate limits and without circumventing Service limits.
7. High-risk and safety-critical use
Do not use the Service for activities where failure or inaccuracy could lead to death, personal injury, or serious environmental or property damage, unless expressly agreed with us in writing. The Service is not designed for safety-critical or life-sustaining use.
Reporting and enforcement
Report suspected abuse or security issues to [email protected]. We may investigate suspected violations and cooperate with law enforcement. We may act immediately where necessary to protect the Service, our customers, or third parties, and otherwise as described in the Terms (§17). We may update this AUP from time to time; the "Last updated" date reflects the current version.
